What is HSS?

Hughes Space School is one of the largest space education organizations in Bolivia. At the heart of our teaching method is enthusiasm . Through the enthusiasm and passion for space, we teach from the most basic algebra to rocket science.

Besides of this, we are responsible for recruiting and selecting Latin American students for the United Space School at NASA. A strong resume, incredible college prospects, and a bright future await Hughes Space School students.

Our Teaching
We have a focus on the exact sciences (mathematics, physics, and chemistry), and we inspire our students to apply themselves to them. The best way to learn exact sciences is to see them in action. There is no more fun way to learn!
In addition to inspiring our students to use their intelligence in the exact sciences, we create in them a capacity for leadership and cooperation. Since to solve the biggest problems, you need the most capable leaders.
To finish the most important thing... Every person who achieved something great did it because they had a passion for the subject. We seek to create that passion in our students.

The HSS curriculum is our program for the youngest (1-6 elementary) (1-2 Secondary). With the purpose of preparing them to be the next Bolivian representatives in NASA.
